Has anyone done home school online??
Has anyone done high school at home but online ???
like penn foster career school?? If you had can u give me a heads up on what to expect or how did it go?
Thank you
I am doing penn foster its the best way to go…. Penn foster will take credits from other schools… You have to pay just $15 to have them count but its worth it…. You have two years to finish and two years to pay it off… I am only made a $100 down payment and I make $30 monthly payments…. But you can do a lower down payment…. if you got any questions you can join this group…. If you join the group we can help you out with answers… we try and load them in the files so everyone can go over there answers and make sure they are right… if you don’t pass your exam twice you have to retake a course and pay for it again…. there is that link to the group if you join penn foster…

I’m currently home schooled online. I find it to be a little more challenging than going to a normal school but it has its strong points. I find that learning the material is a little harder than in a regular school. You are not around a teacher to help you at that very moment. I have to either call my teacher whenever they have office hours or send them an e-mail. But you have the internet at your fingers to find information so you might not even need your teacher.
But you can work your schooling around your schedule. Personally, I like to go out during the day and work at night. Depending on your class schedule you can Plan to have a few days off too. You do not have to work the full seven days a week.
Hope that helps.

I attend a city college & took internet classes during my last year while I was pregnant with my daugther & it was so convienent. It kept me from missing a semester while I was in my last tremester. I am also currently taking internet courses now in my junior year its more convienent & gives me a chance to work what ever hours I want & spend time with my kids.Your teachers usually give you a deadline to complete assignments & your not restricted to a classroom. You have a at least week to do assignments or until the end of the semester to do some of your work depending or the PROF. but most of them give you until aout midnight to submit york work. I would say don’t take math classes online because math being my weakness I need to be able to ask questions & get all the help I need face to face. I’m taking business classes so I only do reading & assignments or quizzes & exams via email. I can’t see myself in the classroom again, unless I have math. It’s not really difficult but try to take one class during the summer & see how you like it, just don’t prcrastinate on the assignments because you can fall behind if yu don’t keep up. Goodluck!
